Eligibility: 

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. 
  • Products must be in unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. 

Non-Refundable Items: 

  • SIM cards once activated 
  • Services or plans that have been used 
  • Items marked as final sale 

Process:

  1. Our team will provide return instructions. 
  1. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after return approval. 

Shipping Costs: 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
